DoneNowPlay is designed specifically to offer a safe, calm, and accessible environment for children, students, parents, and educators. We take user privacy extremely seriously.

1. Zero Third-Party Ads or Tracking Pixels

We do not host third-party advertisements, behavioral ad networks, or social media tracking pixels (such as Facebook Pixel or Google Ads). Your browsing and learning activities are never sold or shared with marketers.

2. Information We Collect

• Anonymous Gameplay: Visitors can access our core collection of free games without registering or providing any personal information whatsoever.
• Account Information: If an adult creates an account to purchase full access, we collect an email address and password authentication details managed securely via Supabase. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
• Contact Form Data: Submissions sent via our contact form (processed by FormSubmit) are strictly used to respond to your inquiry or feedback and are never shared with external third parties.
• Privacy-Focused Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site performance and overall visitor trends. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, collect personal data, or track users across sites.

3. Payment Security

All account purchases and payments are securely processed off-site by Stripe. DoneNowPlay never sees, stores, or processes credit/debit card details on our own servers.

4. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, account holders have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data at any time by emailing us directly at donenowplay@gmail.com.

📜 Terms of Service

1. Classroom & Educational Permission

Schools, SEN Coordinators, teachers, and home-educators are explicitly permitted to use DoneNowPlay free games in group or individual classroom environments.

2. Lifetime Access Policy

Purchasing the "Lifetime Pass" grants a single non-exclusive user account permanent access to our expanded game collection across supported devices with zero recurring subscription charges.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual symbols, graphic designs, logos, and custom game assets on DoneNowPlay are the proprietary intellectual property of DoneNowPlay unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, mirrored, or resold without explicit written permission.
